Please read all of the salon policies listed below before booking your appointment. Booking an appointment with Toni Anthony is your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions.
Booking Details
- Clients must be 13+ years old to book.
- A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The balance is due at your appointment (cash or card; card payments include a small processing fee).
- Appointments open on the 15th of each month at 1 PM for the following month. Deposits cannot carry over into a new month.
- No extra guests are allowed.
Changes & Cancellations
- Reschedule or cancel online only—texts, calls, or emails are not permitted.
- Provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full balance of the service.
Arrivals
- Please arrive with detangled, buildup-free hair to stay on schedule. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or incomplete services.
- When you arrive, please text (704-572-8946) to check in and wait for confirmation before entering.
Late Policy
- There’s a 15-minute grace period; after that, a $25 late fee applies.
- Arrivals 20+ minutes late will be considered no-shows, and the full service price will be charged.

Parking is available in the lot next to the trash receptacle. If the lot is full, please park along the tree line next to the parking area. Please park only in the designated areas to avoid towing, as I am not liable for any parking fees, tickets, or towing charges.
COVID-19 & Additional Notes
- Masks are required during appointments.
- Photos/videos may be taken for marketing. Please let me know if you prefer not to participate.
- All sales are final—no refunds for services or retail items.
